Favela Rising Screening: Roosevelt High School in Los Angeles

Tonight, there will be a screening of Favela Rising at Roosevelt High School Auditorium in Boyle Heights, 456 South Mathews Street, to illustrate the connection between the issues faced by those living in Rio favela Vigário Geral, the subject of Favela Rising, and those that affect the lives of the youth in Boyle Heights. The screening will be held from 6:00-9:00 PM.
